Personal Data Protection Statement
Ahome fully complies with EU Regulations 697/2016 and 4624/2019 regarding the protection of customers' personal data. We only collect the data necessary to secure transactions, including: a) during the assignment of property, and b) at the designation of the property. This data may also be used for: 1) financial bidding, 2) real estate or corporate information that may be of interest to prospective buyers or sellers, 3) the issuance of legal documents and maintenance of our accounting records, and 4) any legal actions related to our business that do not harm our customers.
The data collected for the above purposes (such as name, surname, father's name, ID, ID number, contact telephone numbers, home address, and email address) will be safeguarded with the utmost care. This information will be retained in our records until a deletion request is made by the individual concerned.
The collected data will not be transferred, disclosed, used, or otherwise shared with third parties, nor transferred outside the EU, without the explicit consent of the individuals concerned.
Every customer has the right to access their data, receive a copy, request deletion or correction of their data, and object to or restrict its processing. Interested parties can contact us at gdpr@ahome.gr.
Our company has the right to keep a record of consent forms received from clients, as well as communication records with the client or any related third parties or companies. These records may be retained even if the relevant consent has been revoked.
